At this stage, it has launched a luxury version and an off-road player version, with a pre-sale price of 1.098 million yuan (about 169,000 US dollars). According to official sources, YANGWANG U8 is a plug-in hybrid model that can drive purely electrically for 180 km (about 112 miles) under CLTC working conditions. The 0-60 mph acceleration of the YANGWANG U8 luxury version only takes 3.9 seconds, and if the “Curve Engine” mode is enabled, the 0-60 mph acceleration is shortened to 3.6 seconds.
In addition, YANGWANG U8 will also be equipped with the Yunjian-P intelligent hydraulic body control system, which can dynamically adjust the body control by controlling the oil input of the shock absorber, damping adjustment valve, and stiffness adjustment valve. The official stated that the maximum lift of the front axle of YANGWANG U8 is 105 mm and the maximum drop is 45 mm. The maximum lift of the rear axle is 110 mm and the maximum drop is 40 mm. The entire vehicle can be adjusted up and down by 40 mm.
The front face design of YANGWANG U8 is very distinctive. The grille adopts a dot matrix style, and the LED light sources are also installed inside the large headlights on both sides, which are very eye-catching when illuminated.
