On June 10th, according to data from AutoLife official website in Thailand, BYD ATTO 3 has sold 2,025 units in May, winning the title of the best-selling pure electric car in Thailand for the fifth consecutive month. The total sales from January to May reached 9,310 units, with a market share of 38.6%.
According to official information, BYD ATTO 3 was launched in Thailand in October 2022, with 2507 units sold on the first day and orders exceeding 10,000 within 42 days. As of now, BYD has 33 stores in Thailand, with cumulative sales of over 17,000 passenger vehicles.
BYD ATTO 3 is equipped with BYD’s pure electric platform e-platform 3.0 and adopts the Dragon Face 3.0 design language. The vehicle has a low drag coefficient of 0.29, a 0-100km/h acceleration of 7.3 seconds, and a maximum range of 480km (NEDC).
It is worth mentioning that the BYD Thailand passenger car production base groundbreaking ceremony was held on March 10, covering an area of about 96 hectares and is expected to start production in 2024 with an annual production capacity of about 150,000 new energy vehicles.
