BYD has officially released the 2023 Han EV Champion Edition model with a price range of CNY 209,800 – 299,800 (approximately USD 32,300 – 46,200).
The prices for each model of the 2023 BYD Han EV Champion Edition are as follows:
- 506KM Prestige: CNY 209,800 (approximately USD 32,300)
- 605KM Prestige: CNY 229,800 (approximately USD 35,400)
- 715KM Honor: CNY 259,800 (approximately USD 39,900)
- 715KM Flagship: CNY 279,800 (approximately USD 43,000)
- 610KM AWD Flagship: CNY 299,800 (approximately USD 46,200)
In terms of design, the 2023 Han EV Champion Edition adopts the “Dragon Face” design language and is paired with Chinese knot tail lights. The car is also available in a new Glacier Blue color.
In terms of configuration, the new car is equipped with a 15.6-inch adaptive rotating Pad, supports mobile NFC car keys, mobile wireless charging, wide-temperature range efficient heat pump air conditioning, and independent partition atmosphere lights.
In terms of power, the 2023 Han EV Champion Edition offers both single and dual motor versions. The single motor model has three power versions:
- 506km version with a maximum power of 150 kW and peak torque of 310 Nm;
- 605km version with a maximum power of 168 kW and peak torque of 350 Nm;
- 715km version with a maximum power of 180 kW and peak torque of 350 Nm.
In addition, the dual motor model has a system maximum power of 380 kW and a comprehensive torque of 700 Nm. The maximum power of the front motor is 180 kW, with peak torque of 350 Nm, and the maximum power of the rear motor is 200 kW, with peak torque of 350 Nm. The car has a CLTC range of 610km.
In terms of chassis, the Han EV Champion Edition is equipped with front MacPherson + rear multi-link independent suspension. The front-wheel drive model comes standard with FSD variable damping suspension, while the four-wheel drive model is equipped with DiSus-C intelligent electric control active suspension. The suspension arm and steering knuckle material have been changed from iron to aluminum alloy.
