The data showed that in February this year, Tesla’s new car registrations in the EU increased from 12,860 in the same period last year to 19,249, a year-on-year increase of 50%, which is higher than any other automaker in the EU market.

Tesla only produces pure electric vehicles (BEV), and its market share in the EU BEV market in February was 19.8%, up from 18.5% in the same period last year. In the entire EU passenger car market, Tesla occupies a 2.4% share, up from 1.8% in February last year.

According to data from the China Passenger Car Association, Tesla’s cumulative sales from January to February this year were 116,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 20.7%. However, it is worth noting that only 60,000 of Tesla’s models were sold directly to China, with the remaining half of sales exported.
