On August 31st, media outlet motor1 revealed the uncamouflaged spy photos of the Volkswagen ID.Buzz GTX. This model is the high-performance version of the long-wheelbase ID.Buzz, and is expected to debut later this year.
It is reported that the new car has made minor adjustments to the details of the front face, and the styling is more sporty compared to the previous honeycomb-shaped air intake.
In terms of interior design, the new car is the same as the ID.4 GTX and ID.5 GTX, featuring a sporty steering wheel and an exclusive logo. As this model is based on the long-wheelbase version of the Volkswagen ID.Buzz, there will be a significant improvement in interior space.
Powertrain-wise, the ID.Buzz GTX will be equipped with a four-wheel drive system consisting of front and rear dual motors, with a maximum power output of 340 horsepower. The powertrain parameters exceed those of the ID.4 GTX (note: the maximum power output of the ID.4 GTX is 299 horsepower).
