Starting from 2024, smart will adopt NVIDIA DRIVE Orin as the centralized computing platform for its latest models, supporting the self-developed smart Pilot Assist intelligent driving assistance system, bringing a more intelligent driving experience and more reliable active safety products. At the same time, smart will work with NVIDIA to develop a new data center for intelligent driving, accelerating the development of advanced intelligent driving assistance systems and intelligent AI systems and improving model training efficiency.

The high-performance NVIDIA DRIVE Orin is designed for “software-defined cars” and can continuously optimize intelligent driving capabilities throughout the car’s lifecycle through OTA software upgrades. The NVIDIA DRIVE Orin computing power can reach 254 TOPS (note: capable of executing 254 trillion operations per second), providing sufficient computing power for advanced intelligent driving functions, trusted views, digital clusters, and AI driving cabins, and is compliant with ISO 26262 ASIL-D and other system safety standards.
