On April 4th, NIO announced that the first batch of user deliveries for the ET5 electric vehicle has begun in Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, and Sweden, marking the start of the ET5 European tour.
Based on subscription duration, European users can choose to rent the NIO ET7, EL7 (ES7), and ET5 vehicles with a 75kWh battery pack for a monthly price of 1199 euros to 1295 euros. The shortest subscription period is one month.

On the performance front, NIO claims that dual motors are the standard for high-end intelligent electric vehicles. The ET5 adopts a dual-motor intelligent four-wheel drive system with a maximum power of 360 kW, peak torque of 700 Nm, and 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 4.3 seconds. Its longest range exceeds 1,000 km. The ET5 has a front and rear five-link suspension, with a 50:50 axle load ratio, and its dimensions are 4,790 mm in length, 1,960 mm in width, and 1,499 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,888 mm.
In March 2023, NIO delivered 10,378 new vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 3.9%. Among them, 3,203 high-end intelligent electric SUVs and 7,175 high-end intelligent electric sedans were delivered. In the first quarter of 2023, NIO delivered a total of 31,041 new vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 20.5%. As of now, NIO has delivered a total of 320,597 new vehicles.
