LYNK&CO 08 Medium SUV debuts with Meizu Flyme Auto system and Harman Kardon audio

LYNK&CO has officially unveiled the exterior and interior design of its new 5-seater mid-size SUV, the LYNK&CO 08, which is a new energy vehicle.

LYNK&CO 08 is designed based on The Next Day design language, equipped with a through-type taillight, a semi-closed front face design, and is matched with “Dawn Light” DRL. The connection point of the door below the A-pillar is made of black high-gloss material, and the “LYNK & CO” logo can emit light.

LYNK&CO 08 has dimensions of 4820/1915/1685mm for length, width, and height respectively, with a wheelbase of 2848mm. It features concealed door handles and 21-inch wheels, and comes in colors of Brilliant Pine Green and Solar Silver.

As for the interior, the LYNK&CO 08 is equipped with a 12.3-inch full LCD instrument panel and a 15.4-inch floating center console screen, providing a 92-inch AR-HUD system. It has three interior color schemes and a Harman Kardon sound system.

The Lynk & Co 08 will be the first to feature the Meizu Flyme Auto car system, with a customized version of QQ Music. Details about the system’s specific functions can be expected to be revealed at the Meizu 20 series launch event on March 30th. IT Home will provide timely coverage.

Additionally, the LYNK&CO 08 will debut the Yika Tong Antolla 1000 Pro computing platform, which integrates two 7nm automotive-grade SoCs “Dragon Eagle One” instead of the previous Qualcomm automotive chips.

Regarding power, the LYNK&CO 08 is equipped with a newly developed four-cylinder hybrid engine and hybrid-specific transmission under the Lynk E-Motive intelligent hybrid system. It is expected to have a 1.5T Thor intelligent hybrid system, which has already been first used in the Geely Galaxy L7. The engine’s thermal efficiency reaches 44.26%, claiming to be ranked first among known mass-produced engines.
