On May 16th, Ford announced that after launching the smallest commercial vehicle E-Transit Courier in April this year, it has recently introduced the E-Tourneo Courier model in the European market, designed with a crossover Active version, becoming the smallest multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) under Ford after its launch.
The E-Tourneo Courier model is based on the Fiesta and Puma platforms, with seating for 5 people, equipped with a 100kW front-wheel drive electric motor and DC fast charging, with a range of 230 miles (370.15 kilometers).
The interior of the E-Tourneo Courier prioritizes practicality, utilizing a suspended front storage compartment and an open central aisle.
The legroom for the rear passengers in the E-Tourneo Courier has increased by 40% compared to the previous generation model. With 5 passengers on board, the luggage space inside the car is 570 liters, compared to 395 liters in the previous generation. When the rear seats are folded down, the interior storage space is 1198 liters (compared to 875 liters in the previous generation).
According to the report, the car is also equipped with a 12-inch multimedia touchscreen and LCD instrument panel, built-in SYNC 12 information entertainment system, supporting wireless Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and OTA wireless upgrade functions.
